Who We Are

We are a tight-knit community of deep thinkers, high achievers, and passionate leaders, who are committed to living life to its fullest. We strive to find meaning and purpose in all that we do, and don’t accept the status quo. Family, Fitness, Faith and Finance serve as the foundation of our work, with a little Fun and Fantasy mixed in. 

We believe that extraordinary growth comes from extraordinary experiences — and experience abounds. We travel to four awe-inspiring destinations each year, where we not only relish in the beauty and culture of our surroundings, but embark on a journey of personal and professional transformation. 

Growth is a continuous process, and it must be chosen over and over again. In addition to our life-changing destination events, YBL members make growth a practice with one-on-one strategy sessions, masterminds, and speaker spotlights.

And while each of our members are successful by traditional standards, we believe that true success in life is measured by contribution to others — not by money, social status, or material possessions. Our desire to make the world, and our communities better is a part of our core, and woven into all that we do.

As a YBL member, you will travel to four remarkable destinations annually with an intimate group of passionate, emotionally intelligent people. Our events are carefully and thoughtfully curated, bringing you content from highly respected thought-leaders, and elevated experiences that are unique to each location. From embarking on a rugged outdoor adventure, to savoring the best in exotic local cuisine, to enjoying an afternoon of total rest and relaxation, YBL events are the perfect balance of work, play, fun, and fantasy.

The YBL Experience: Impact

Giving to others, without any expectation of something in return, ignites the soul of the giver. In fact, it's in giving that you are able to truly receive. Selflessly contributing to those that need it most is at the core of what we do. At each of our events, we complete a service project that benefits the local community. Whether it's building a neighborhood school or beautifying a local village, we strive to leave a lasting impact on the places that we have the privilege of visiting. By giving our collective time and talent, we are not only helping a community to grow, but also helping ourselves to grow.
